For Curry, now 38, this is familiar ground — doing the improbable on the road, in an elimination scenario, with the season on the line. The Warriors entered the play-in as the lowest seed in the bracket. They are now one win from the postseason.

The Suns finished 43-39 behind Devin Booker's career-high scoring average, but Kevin Durant's late-season back strain has left the team thinner than its seed suggests.
