Breakfast Trial Improves Diet Quality Among Habitual Teen Skippers

A six-month randomized trial assigned 128 people aged 14 to 21 who skipped breakfast at least six times a week to a normal-protein breakfast, a high-protein breakfast, or continued skipping in a tightly controlled feeding study. [1] [2]
