Locked silences hold weekends; Saturday's is triple-locked. Locks hold. Books wait on agencies.

Agencies print later; Saturday listens to three unmerged clocks. Mifflin cases. Pennsylvania deaths. National none.

Saturday inherits three unmerged clocks. A quiet NCHS is not a release. The book has not appeared.

NCHS still has not dropped a Saturday vital-statistics PDF. County cases, state deaths, and the national none stay unmerged. Silence from the agency is not a release. This paper still waits on a named book.
