Roughly 90 percent of patients are unvaccinated or of unknown vaccination status; vaccination coverage at the population level sits near 90 percent in Utah against the 95-percent herd-immunity threshold; Southwest Utah district carries the heaviest concentration of cases (about 256 of the early-April count of 602), with Utah County (95) and TriCounty (69) trailing.
