Anthropic Names the Clouds Behind Its $65 Billion Round

Anthropic's $65 billion Series H release is most useful where it stops being a valuation story and becomes an infrastructure map, because the company says the round values it at $965 billion post-money while also naming the suppliers and clouds behind that number. [1]

The release lists Micron, Samsung and SK hynix as strategic infrastructure partners, says Anthropic signed for up to five gigawatts of Amazon capacity, five gigawatts of Google and Broadcom TPU capacity, and SpaceX Colossus GPU capacity, and says Claude is available on Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure. [1]

Two days later, Anthropic said it confidentially submitted a draft S-1 for a proposed IPO, with share count, price and timing still unset. [2]

That makes the counterparty list more important, because investors can see the names but still cannot see the filing that would sort obligations, revenue durability, capex exposure and concentration risk.

Trade coverage has treated the confidential IPO filing as part of a broader AI public-market wave, but the paper's narrower point is simpler: in this round, the clouds are the receipt, and the supplier list is the useful public part of the valuation story now. [3]
